Library Business Services
Library Business Services handles the following insurance needs:
- Insurance of UCLA Library collections materials and assets sent to other institutions on temporary loan.
- Insurance of materials temporarily borrowed by the UCLA Library from other institutions
- Updating of appraisals on artwork and collections materials of a specialized nature or of potentially high value. Extraordinary items should be appraised separately to properly value them under UCLA's self-insurance program.
For assistance with insurance matters relating to borrowed or lent items, contact Stella Zhu in Library Business Services (x69770). For assistance in arranging for appraisals of a specialized nature, contact Heather Hanunian (x55869).
