Library Business Services
Distribution of General Ledger
General ledger reports, generated by UCLA Campus Accounting, are distributed by Library Business Services approximately three weeks after the close of a fiscal accounting month. Final ledgers for June (year-end closing reports) are distributed at the beginning of August. Library Business Services produces summary reports (generated from electronic ledger data) on approximately the eleventh day after the close of a fiscal accounting month.
If you do not have a Staff Intranet UserName and Password, or have forgotten your Password, send email to crt@library.ucla.edu from your Library email account. (Or Law or CLICC.)
